Description

Tillandsia cyanea is known for it's very colorful inflorescence. The long lasting pink bracts hold their color for a couple months while the violet-purple flowers emerge from them, one or two at a time. Easy to grow as a houseplant, they are also great for adding color to the terrarium as they enjoy more moisture than the grey-leaved species do. The plants are currently ~ 6-8" and not quite ready to bloom yet.
