Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Usually, products ship within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order. Live items are shipped Mon-Wed to avoid weekend delays. Orders received later in the week will ship out the first part of the following week in order of receipt. During periods of heavy workload or times surrounding show dates order processing may be delayed.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
