We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Since we have no control over the growing conditions the plants are exposed to after shipping, we must limit our guarantee to safe arrival only. All live plant claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of your order. To file a claim, notify us by phone or in writing (note your post mark) to receive your return authorization number. All returns sent to us are required to have the return authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the package. Packages received without the return authorization number will be refused. All other claims or disputes will be handled on a case to case basis. Remember, shipping and handing charges are a service and are not refundable.
