Description

A truly red banana! The leaves are red with a hint of bronze and chartreuse green flecks and blotches. The young plant is bright green and starts to develop the red colors at the size of about 12" tall. More sunlight will bring out brighter, stronger red color and stronger contrast with the occasional green variegation. 'Siam Ruby' adds dramatic color to the tropical garden or patio container. This onamental does not produce edible fruit. Available plants are growing in 3" pots.
