Nepenthes glandulifera was discovered after the turn of the century by Ch'ien Lee and is a highland species native to the Hose Mountains in Sarawak, Borneo. It has two distinctive characteristics that are most notable. First are the black speckles on the petioles that are the nectar glands for which it is named. Second are the hairs, or trichomes which give the plant a fuzzy appearance. It is thought to be closely related to N. pilosa. Available plants are 2-3" across in 2" pots. BE-3766
Intermediate to Highland.
