Description

One of the most striking of all the Nepenthes, this plant is famous for the two fang-like spines projecting downward from the lid. As witnessed in situ by Chien Lee, here is what he said about this clone: "The giant red bical here are like non I have ever seen. The pitchers are enormous and very round and wide. Also the color is pure deep purple-red with absolutely no trace of green. The best bical I have ever seen for sure." Now wouldn't that be something AMAZING to have in your collection!!

Easy to grow under typical lowland conditions- warm and humid. Available plants are young and approx. 2"-3" across growing in 2" deep pots - will be showing their tiny fangs soon! BE-3682
