All frog shipments are sent via UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express Mail 1 Day Delivery with signature required at time of delivery. All frog shipments must be scheduled over the phone (person to person) before we will ship them. When shipping to locations where local temperatures are not within the range of 50-85 degrees fahrenheit, we must ship to either the UPS delivery terminal or the closest Post Office for customer pick up.
