This Begonia popped up in one of our terrariums several years ago. We only know that the seed parent was B. luzonensis but never quite figured out what the pollen parent was. Whatever it's parentage, the resulting offspring is very pretty. Velvety leaves begin coppery-pink and then mature to a dark chocolate-blue-green! A very hard to describe color! It is a quick and easy grower that scrambles throughout the terrarium or over the edges of a hanging basket. Small pink flowers appear intermittently. Available plants are growing in 3" deep pots.
