Description

Alocasia wentii is a larger grower from New Guinea that gets to about 3' tall and is commonly known as Hardy Elephant Ears. It is a thought to be a hybrid cross between Alocasia odora and A. gageana. It is a mountainous grower and as such, can take somewhat cooler temperatures than many other Alocasias making it easier to grow as a nice houseplant. It should be kept a little on the dryer side during the cooler winter months and likes bright light.

Available plants are quite young but very nice, growing in 2-3" pots and are approximately 4-6" tall.
