| Here is another great plant for those who appreciate fecally-scented flowers but don't have the space to bloom a Titan Arum! This little guy is perfectly at home in a 6"-8" pot and will be happy on a bright windowsill, under lights, or even in a shady spot outdoors during the summer months. The magnificent infloresence is produced sporadically throughout the growing season and is a deep burgundy color with a velvety sheen. The spadix is nearly black and grows to about 8" in length. It is from the spadix that the scent is produced- a complex bouquet of feces with a finishing hint of sun-warmed fish. Not too powerful- but strong enough to let you know it is there. They do not last more than a couple of days but there are enough of them all summer long to keep you olfactorily satisfied. The plants require no special treatment during their typically dormant winter rest period. Available plants are blooming sized divisions growing in 3" deep pots.
