| We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order to reserve the product for you. Order cancellation after your card is charged but before the order is shipped may result in a 3% charge. |

| International orders are welcome however we are unable to ship any live items outside the US. If you live outside the US and wish to order non-living supply items please complete your order online and check-out normally. Our shopping cart is unable to calculate International Shipping so we suggest selecting "Split" shipping as your initial choice. Once we pack your order we will determine the actual shipping charges and contact you for payment instructions. International orders are generally batched and shipped once every week or two. Order cancellations after they have been packed and prepared for shipment may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. At this time we do not recommend Australian residents attempt to place orders as your Customs regulations are far too strict to allow most anything into your country. |

| It is very important to have your packages delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive them physically from the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. Even short exposures to cold or hot temperatures (beyond 40-90) can have disastrous effects on live flies. Any packages that are indicated as being left on a porch or other outdoor area via the UPS tracking system will not be covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee. We want our items to arrive in good condition just as much as you do so please assist us by choosing an appropriate delivery address. Our live and healthy guarantee will not be valid beyond the first delivery attempt. If insects arrive dead or damaged and qualify for free replacement, remember, shipping & handling fees are not covered by guarantees and must be prepaid by customer. In the event that the customer declines free replacement, only a store credit will be offered or issued. NO REFUNDS! |

Plants are generally shipped via Priority Mail which provides very safe movement of plants under controlled environmental conditions. We ship most plants year round as long as someone is home to receive them from the carrier. Before being delivered by the carrier, however, the purchaser must make arrangements to assume immediate care for the live items. This means that you may wish to have your package delivered to your place of work, to a friend or relative who will be home. The package must not be delivered to a location where, when left by the carrier, will be exposed to hot or cold temperature extremes! Please make these arrangements when you order to anticipate inclement weather conditions and safe arrival of your plants. Orders placed under unfavorable weather conditions are at the risk of the purchaser. Any packages that are indicated as being left on a porch or other outdoor area via the UPS tracking system will not be covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee. We want our items to arrive in good condition just as much as you do so please assist us by choosing an appropriate delivery address. Please use this information to help ensure a safe arrival for your items.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Since we have no control over the growing conditions the plants are exposed to after shipping, we must limit our guarantee to safe arrival only. All claims must be made within 2 days of receipt of your order. To file a claim, notify us by phone or in writing (note your post mark) to receive your return authorization number. All returns sent to us are required to have the return authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the package. Packages received without the return authorization number will be refused. All other claims or disputes will be handled on a case to case basis. Remember, shipping and handing charges are a service and are not refundable. |

| Shipping Time -- Usually, products ship within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order. Live items are shipped Mon-Wed to avoid weekend delays. Orders received later in the week will ship out the first part of the following week in order of receipt. During periods of heavy workload or times surrounding show dates order processing may be delayed.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |
